Somali 101: Somali as a Second Language

This course is meant not just to provide a list of phrases medical professionals can use, it is also means to give learners a foundational understanding of Somali grammar so they can use basic Somali language in their every work. This will not replace the need for an interpreter, but it will allow learners to communicate a basic level, thereby improving the patient experience and creating a connection that opens the door to future cultural exchanges.
